Stella, insisting on a natural delivery, was stretched beyond recognition while giving birth to 14 pound, 6 ounce Franklin.  An obese woman, Stella didn’t even know she was pregnant when Franklin’s little sister fell out of her while she waited in line for a pack of Newport 100s.  Unable to deal with Franklin’s slovenly ways, Stella relies on her husband Frankie to discipline her son, which Frankie is more than happy to do after he finds his motivation in a six-pack of Bud.
